If your work processes are designed to meet the requirements of the standards you are being Audited/Inspected against and you have been continually improving these processes through your QI/CI activities then you stand a good chance of getting a favourable Audit/Inspection report.

Although I do not recommend, at this stage, that the international standard for quality management systems, ISO 9001, should be followed in its entirety, I do recommend that its section on internal audit should be followed.
