Once we have all our processes, recorded by department and work area, identified and documented (I realise that we have some way to go to achieve this) we can very easily conduct a Lean or Sustainability desk review on each department or work area. Issues identified can then be followed up with a physical check on the specific processes identified. NCRs can be raised for confirmed issues and followed up with improvement activity i.e. QI/CI projects.
