GIRFT Reports. etc. Our realisation systems, processes, and procedures - People. Departments. Work Teams. Patient Pathways (System). Processes. Tasks. Procedures. Culture. Management Systems. How about some upside-down management?. etc. Different Quality Improvement (QI) techniques are required for Deliverables and Realisation Systems improvement activities/projects.
