Workflow Illustrations

Workflow in Malvern Hills District Council has been split into three groups:

• Service Specific Processes (11 areas)
• Business Processes (12 areas)
• Financial ICT Infrastructure / Feeder Routines (5 key systems and 7 associated systems)

Processes are listed under each of these areas identified in the Workflow Illustrations. If you have a process in your area that has not been included then please let us know and it will be included imediately. If you have any thoughts, ideas or comments then pass them on.

MHDC Forms

To instigate this Workflow Malvern Hills District Council use a number of Forms. These forms have been split into two groups as above:

• External Forms for use with our Service Specific Processes.
• Internal Forms for use with our Business Processes.

These lists are not complete. Please have a look at your area and send details of any that are incorrect or missing.
